Each year, food critic Craig Laban realigns his restaurant rankings. This year, the number of four-bell restaurants climbed from 4 to 5, but saw two mainstays drop. We are glad to say that Vetri has remained atop the list, with Laban raving, "...if there is a more inspired all-out food-and-wine fine-dining adventure in Philadelphia, I haven't found it."
